Deliveries to Olympia London are only accepted on Friday October 25th 2019 from 10am – 6pm (preferably before 12pm please before exhibitors arrive on the same day).

Please make sure to include your Company Name in the Delivery Address to help us identify the deliveries. Deliveries without Company Name will be discarded.

You must arrange deliveries and drop-off yourselves with your own delivery company. VegfestUK is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft incurred on the gifts, or any missed deliveries due to a lack of suitable unloading/loading equipment. Please remember to instruct your transport company to arrive at the venue equipped with suitable unloading and loading equipment (e.g. tailgates, trolley-jacks, etc.) if required.

You can arrange for members of your exhibition team to bring the donations to the Free Gifts stall of the show during setup. The Free Gifts stall is located in Olympia Central Level 2, within the Natural Therapy Zone
