Karyn moved to the UK in 2001 & lives in Leicester. She works part-time for a homeless charity as well as running a baking/catering company since 2011 called Chocoholic.  As the grandchild of immigrants from Russia on her mother’s side and Yemen on her father’s, Karyn has a keen interest in fusion food, and has a set of kitchen shelves with over forty herbs and spices which are all used regularly.
