Learn a simple approach for leading a less stressful, more mindful life with the BLOOM approach to mindfulness. Darren Yap of Wimble Wellness has developed this system to help busy people to develop their mindfulness practice and beat stress. In this workshop, you will get to experience the BLOOM system which will give you ideas and motivation to keep practising. From sitting quietly to flowing movement, you will learn a variety of techniques to bring inner calm into your life.
