Exciting news for both fitness fanatics and those looking to get fitter and stronger on a plant-based diet, as VegfestUK is partnering up with premium organic vegan supplement producers Vivo Life with the Vivo Life Fitness talks, panels and workshops area at the 7th annual vegan festival VegfestUK London at Olympia London on October 26-27.
Courtesy of Vivo Life, VegfestUK is able to host a dazzling lineup of their knowledgeable and well-followed fitness ambassadors, who will be involved in a selection of thought-provoking, educational and potentially life-changing panels on enhancing our fitness and wellbeing via plant-based diets.
The VegfestUK organisers added, “We are thrilled to welcome back our friends and long-time partners Vivo Life at the UK’s flagship vegan event. We have been working with Vivo Life for a few shows now, and we just love their products and ambassadors, as well as their positive energy and dynamism, and we’re glad to let them host one of our Fitness areas at this year’s event. In the Vivo Life Fitness area, in addition to the panels, there is also a bodybuilding competition at the end of the Saturday part of the show, as well as a few other interesting talks by experts in the field of plant powered fitness to round off a memorable weekend for those into getting fit and strong without using animal products.

Vegan Bodybuilding Competition – Shoulder Press
The event will be a single dumbbell shoulder press (15Kg males, 7Kg females). The contest will be how many continuous repetitions a contestant can achieve. Partial reps & ‘push pressing’ will not be allowed & the judges may end any event if they feel a safety issue arises (either to the contestant or the audience). The judge’s decision is final. Entry is free & all entrants will receive a prize.
