Yoga and Vegan Community group Yogific to host yoga and meditation sessions at VegfestUK London

15th August 2019

The team behind yoga and vegan community group Yogific is bringing back the Yogific Yoga Zone to VegfestUK London this year, after its success at the previous 2 events in London and Brighton.

Yogific aims to develop a community of Vegan Yogis – people who love doing Yoga and living a vegan lifestyle. Yoga goes much beyond just the physical postures – Yoga is a way of life – so is Veganism. Yogific celebrates the two lovely concepts that are changing the world for better.

Situated in the newly branded Natural Therapy Zone on Level 2 of Olympia Central on October 26-27, the Yogific Yoga Zone celebrates the benefits of yoga and plays host to a variety of physically and mentally stimulating Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation sessions. Whether you are a complete beginner to yoga and meditation, or a seasoned pro looking for an area of calm during busy times at the event, or somewhere in between, there is something for you to take home from the Yogific Yoga Zone.
