The Art of Compassion Exhibition makes its return to VegfestUK London in support of Hunt Saboteurs Association
12th August 2019The VegfestUK team are delighted to welcome back The Art of Compassion Project Exhibition at their 7th year annual vegan festival at Olympia London on October 26-27.
The Art of Compassion (AOC) Project is a worldwide vegan art collective which aims to support the compassionate lifestyle of veganism by donating 100 percent of proceeds from various art projects to non-profit vegan organisations. To date they have raised funding for 26 organisations around the world.
The proceeds from the sale of the vegan art posters on exhibition at VegfestUK London this October 2019 will be donated to Hunt Saboteurs Association. The Book
In June this year, The Art of Compassion, was released on Amazon worldwide. The first book of its kind, this book offers a collection of heartwarming and awakening vegan art from eighty artists around the globe. Through the power of visual and literary art, this book aims to expose the plight of animals, to empower animal rights activists, and to inspire the compassionate lifestyle of veganism. All proceeds from The Art of Compassion will support Veganuary, an organisation dedicated to changing public attitudes and making the transition to veganism as easy and enjoyable as possible.
The Art of Compassion is complete with an eclectic body of 180 artworks — as well as twenty in-depth artist interviews and seven touching poems. Undoubtedly, it is the perfect coffee table book for every conscious home.
The AOC Project Artists
All the artists involved in the project are vegan and there is a wonderful sense of community among them as they use their work as a form of activism and self-expression. They are always open to new artists joining them, so do get in touch if you’d like more information.
